Our system of digital reporting means every visit is reported on through our app and is accessible to view at any time. Any recommendations are made immediately through our app, as well as important observations or changes such as damage to fences, missing signage or signs of entry. 

Our priority is to ensure your site is secure and compliant, reducing risk both to the owner, and the public in general. 

Our standard commercial mobile patrols last one hour but can be tailored to meet the size and scope of the site. We ensure that the time is spent ensuring the security of your site - whether carrying out a walk around inspection, noting anything out of place and formulating detailed reports. Our agents always approach a visit professionally and every minute is spent with care and attention to ensure risk is reduced and avoided where possible.

Agents are always prepared and equipped appropriately with body worn cameras meaning that every visit can be recorded and stored on your client profile. Risks are noted, recorded and photographed and added to a patrol report for your viewing. We strive to ensure that every hour we patrol your property is spent maximising our impact, meaning our patrols are highly visible at all times - offering an extra dimension of deterance. 

All of our patrols are trackable in real time using our mobile app. We also send our completed report after every patrol, and these are available to view at any time digitally. Our risk assessments are stored on your profile, and available to view at any time as well as updates such as new damage reports or modifications to the property. Our advanced reporting system means total transparency, and our customers know every detail of their visits. 

Every security agent carrying out our residential mobile patrols are SIA certified and are vetted in accordance with BS7858 standards, including mandatory DBS checks. We also pride ourselves on being a blue light employer, meaning our agents bring experience from areas such as the Prison Service and the Police. We operate rigorous training and review processes to ensure that every agent is up to date on current legislation, relevant case studies and learnings, and our own demanding internal quality standards.

We offer three core packages, reflecting differing levels of frequency in our visits. Our entry level package includes two visits per week - including risk assessment and reporting as well as access to our mobile app. We also offer more comprehensive packages, such as five weekly visits, and a daily visit package. All packages include access to our mobile app and reporting systems as standard, as well as access to video and photo reports of the site.

Our goal is always to reduce and mitigate risk where at all possible. That means using the best possible people and experience to ensure that your property is secure. Our residential mobile patrols and security provisions are ideal for:

• Vacant properties where owners are abscent for a period of time such as holidays or business, and seek the peace of mind that their property is being checked and looked after by capable security personel.
• Sites and assets in probate or similar legal situations which render the property vacant. Our visits can ensure that points of access are identified quickly, or other safety issues such as damaged or missing signage is highlighted and attended to, reducing liability under legislation such as the Occupier's Liability Act.
• Avoiding trespass in vacant or occupied property, such as private land adjacent to public rights of way.
• Rural or isolated commercial property which may be vacant or occupied, which may be at risk of trespass or unlawful entry or rural crime and theft of valuable business assets.
