Our team are trained and experienced in conflict resolution, de-escalation and communication skills to ensure issues are dealt with before they become serious. We ensure all areas of the site are secure, including patrolling common hotspots for illicit behaviour or those highlighted in the pre assignment risk assessment. 

Every security agent we employ is SIA certified and vetted in accordance with BS7858 standards, including mandatory DBS checks. We also pride ourselves on being a blue light employer, meaning our agents bring experience from areas such as the Prison Service and the Police. We operate rigorous training and review processes to ensure that every agent is up to date on current legislation, relevant case studies and learnings, and our own demanding internal quality standards. Our mobile app means you recieve event reports following every deployment and at the end of every shift. We provide risk assessments on your client portal, so you can be aware of any possible hazards before your event begins. We also provide check ins of all our agents on your site through the app in real time, giving you the peace of mind that your security team are on site and protecting your event.
